Cookies
This site does not set a cookie, and it does not ask you to accept one. Updated 2 November 2026. The studio is in Chișinău, and the law is the law of the Republic of Moldova.
What the site stores
businessconportcust.cc is a set of static files: pages, a stylesheet, a short script, a favicon, and photographs of the studio. The script opens the menu, switches the three kinds of work on the homepage once the page has loaded, changes the photograph as you move through the steps, and turns the contact form into a message to our mailbox. It does not write a cookie. It does not use localStorage, sessionStorage, or IndexedDB. It does not remember which tab you chose after you leave. It does not load a font, a pixel, an analytics tag, or a video from another domain.
Because we do not store or read information on your terminal, we do not show a consent banner. A banner that offered a choice we do not have would be theatre. There is nothing to accept and nothing to refuse on the way in.
What we mean by a cookie
A cookie is a small piece of data a site asks your browser to keep and to send back later. Similar technologies do the same job with local storage or with a tracking pixel. People use them to keep a login, to measure an audience, or to follow a reader from one site to another. We do not keep a login on this site. We do not measure an audience here. We do not follow a reader.
The menu button changes a class on the header while the page is open. That state dies when you close the tab. It is not stored. The photograph in the process section changes because the script reads which step is on screen. It does not record that you looked.
The law
Personal data in the Republic of Moldova is governed, from 23 August 2026, by Law no. 195 of 25 July 2024 on personal data protection. That law repealed Law no. 133/2011. If we processed personal data by reading a cookie that identified you, Law no. 195/2024 would apply, including the need for a lawful basis under Article 6 and the information duty under Article 13. We would also have to think about whether the cookie was an access to your terminal that needed a clear explanation before it was set.
Law no. 241/2007 on electronic communications still governs providers of electronic communications services for the duties that law already imposes. Article 89(4) of Law no. 195/2024 says the data-protection law does not add a parallel obligation on those providers for matters where Law no. 241/2007 already has a specific rule with the same aim. Conport is not such a provider. We do not run a network. We publish pages and we answer the telephone at +373 22 844 619.
The fuller account of briefs, floor-walk notes, and your rights is the privacy notice. This page is only about the terminal and the logs a host might keep when the pages are fetched.
Host logs
Someone has to keep the files on a machine so that the domain resolves. That host may write a connection log: the IP address, the time, the file requested, and the user-agent string the browser sends. An IP address can be personal data under Law no. 195/2024 when it relates to an identifiable person.
We do not operate that log as a product. Our instruction to whoever hosts businessconportcust.cc is that any such log is a security record, is not combined with briefs, is not used to build a profile of readers, and is not kept longer than 90 days. We do not pull those logs into the studio in an ordinary week. If you ask us what a log says about you, we will ask the host where we can, and we will tell you if we cannot obtain it. The request itself can come to [email protected].
A log on a host is not a cookie on your machine. It does not stay in the browser after you leave. It is still personal data when the address identifies someone, and the privacy notice’s retention and rights sections cover the way we treat it.
Your mail program
The contact form and the “Send a brief” links use a mailto address. Your own mail program then composes a message to [email protected]. That program, and the provider that carries the mail, are outside this site. They have their own rules and, often, their own cookies. We do not set those. Once the message reaches the studio mailbox, the privacy notice applies to what you wrote.
A telephone call to +373 22 844 619 is the same kind of boundary. The call is not a cookie. The fact that you called, and what you said, is handled as correspondence, described in the privacy notice.
If this changes
If we ever add a cookie that is not strictly required to deliver a page you asked for, we will change this page first, say what the cookie is for, how long it lasts, and who receives it, and we will ask before it is set. We will not add a measurement tool in the stylesheet and mention it a season later. A change of host that only continues the 90-day security log does not need a banner, but it will be reflected here if the practice itself changes.
There is no preference centre on the site, because there is no optional cookie to switch. Building one that stored your “no” inside a cookie would contradict this page.
Your browser
You can still tell your browser to block or delete cookies generally. That setting lives in the browser, not on our pages. Blocking cookies will not break this site, because the site does not depend on them. Blocking them may affect other sites you visit the same day. We do not offer a walkthrough of every browser’s menus, because those menus change and a stale list is worse than a short truth: the control is in the browser, and this domain is not the place that sets the cookie.
If you arrive here from a search engine or from another page, that other site may have used its own cookies before you clicked. We cannot switch those off. Leaving our pages does not clear them.
