Terms
How a brief becomes work at Conport, str. București 71, et. 2, Chișinău. Updated 2 November 2026. The binding law is the law of the Republic of Moldova.
The studio and this site
Conport is a process-modeling studio at str. București 71, et. 2, MD-2012, mun. Chișinău, Republic of Moldova. You can reach it at [email protected] and +373 22 844 619. These pages describe the studio. They are not an offer that accepts itself the moment you write.
The site is published for the domain businessconportcust.cc. Reading it, linking to it, or sending a brief means you have seen these terms. A later engagement note can change the commercial points for that job. It should say so in writing. Silence does not rewrite a fee.
A brief is not yet a contract
An email, a call, or the form on the contact page is an invitation to talk. We reply with a recce time, a question about what is missing, or a refusal. A contract exists when both sides have a written note — an email is enough — that names the workplace, the job to be mapped, the fee, and the delivery date.
Until that note exists, neither side has to start. We may decline work that asks us to draw a future state before the as-is is agreed, or to attach a headcount cut to a map. The about page says the same thing in the studio’s ordinary voice. If we decline, we say why in the reply.
What we deliver
Unless the note says otherwise, a finished job is three things. A plotted sheet or set of sheets at 914 mm, which is the roll on the machine in the hall. A model of the lanes that were agreed on the wall. A scenario note with the straight path, two exceptions, and the wait that showed up on the visit.
The map describes what we observed and what we were told, and it marks the difference. It is not a warrant that a later change will save money, time, or posts. We will not sign a sheet that pretends a step was seen when it was only described by someone who does not do it. That limit is the work, not a flaw in it.
Eighteen working days is the ordinary span from the floor walk to the roll, if the brief was whole and the people we need are on shift. The eighteen days do not start when the email arrives. They start when the walk has happened. A review in the hall is part of the job. You have seven working days after that review to mark the sheet. If we hear nothing, the plotted set that matches the marked wall is the set that leaves the studio.
Your part of the work
You arrange for us to stand where the work happens, on a day when the real queue is there. You tell us if a room, a screen, or a person is off limits before we travel, not at the door. You send an export from a system when the note says the map depends on it. If the people are absent or the export does not come, we reset the delivery date in writing. We do not invent the missing half.
You do not ask us to collect state identification numbers. The privacy notice explains why. You confirm that you may share with us any personal data about your staff that the brief contains.
Inside the municipality of Chișinău, the morning visit is part of the quoted work once you accept the quote. We leave the studio at 08:10 for those visits. Outside the municipality, travel is a separate line, written before we book a car or a night.
Fees and timing
The fee is in the reply, in Moldovan lei or in another currency the note names. It is not printed on this site, because the yard, the counter, and the cellar are not the same size of job. Payment is by bank transfer against an invoice. We start the walk when the note is agreed, not when a deposit happens to clear, unless the note itself makes a start date depend on payment.
If you cancel after the floor walk, the fee for the walk and for any sheets already plotted remains due, as the note will state. If we cancel because we cannot do the job as described, we say so before the walk when we can, and we do not charge for a visit that did not happen.
A late sheet that is late because we waited for your export is not a discount. A late sheet that is late because the studio missed a dated review is something we correct in the note, including a reduction where the delay is ours and the reduction was written down.
Intellectual property
Once the fee for that job is paid, you may use, copy, and adapt the sheets and the scenario note inside your organisation and with your advisors. You may not publish the sheets as if they were a template for sale. We keep the right to reuse the method, the blank structures, the way a margin is written, and a description of the work that does not identify you and does not reproduce your lanes. The projects page is that kind of description. Client names stay off it.
Documents you already had — procedures, exports, floor plans — remain yours. We do not claim them. Marks you make on our draft in the hall may be copied onto the final roll. That does not move the copyright in your own pre-existing documents.
The text and photographs on businessconportcust.cc belong to the studio. The photographs are of the second floor, not of client sites. You may link to a page. You may not copy the pages or the pictures onto another studio’s site.
Confidentiality
We do not show your board to the next review. The hall is cleared between clients. We do not name you on this website. We do not discuss your lanes with another client even when the jobs rhyme. The people in the studio are bound by this whether or not a separate paper is signed. If a public authority with a lawful demand requires a disclosure, we limit it to what the demand actually requires.
You keep confidential our unpublished notes and any fee that was quoted for you, except where you need to show them to an advisor or where the law requires otherwise. The method notes in the journal are ours to publish because they do not identify a client.
Photographs
We photograph our own studio for these pages. We do not photograph your workplace, your staff, your screens, or your documents unless the engagement note allows a specific shot, says why, and says who may see it. A floor walk does not include a camera by default. The notebook is the record.
Liability
The map is an account of observation and of what we were told. You decide what to change. We are not liable for a saving that did not appear, a post that was not removed, or a software project you started from the sheet.
For a paid engagement, our liability arising out of that engagement is capped at the fee you paid for it. The cap does not apply where the Civil Code of the Republic of Moldova, or another mandatory rule, does not allow a cap. If you contract as a consumer, Law no. 105 of 13 March 2003 on consumer protection, and any mandatory rule that protects you, prevails over a sentence in these terms that would take that protection away. The studio’s ordinary clients are organisations. A natural person who writes only as a consumer should say so in the brief, so the reply can be written accordingly.
We do not exclude liability for intent or for serious fault where the law does not allow that exclusion. Nothing on this page limits a right you have under Law no. 195/2024 regarding personal data. That sits in the privacy notice.
Law and the courts
These terms, and an engagement that points back to them, are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova, including the Civil Code (Law no. 1107/2002) on contracts, liability, and limitation. The courts of Chișinău, in particular Judecătoria Chișinău, have jurisdiction. That choice does not remove a mandatory right to bring a claim in another court, including a right a consumer may have.
If a sentence in these terms is held invalid, the rest stays. The invalid sentence is replaced by the valid rule that is closest to what the sentence was trying to do, where the law works that way.
Using the site
Do not misuse the pages. Do not attempt to break the host, scrape the text in order to republish it, or present the studio as a party to a job we did not accept. The site is informational. It can be wrong about a detail of the hall until we correct it. The engagement note, not the homepage, is what a particular job costs and when the roll leaves.
Links to the National Centre for Personal Data Protection are there so you can use a public authority. We do not control that site.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date under the title will change. A job already under an engagement note keeps the terms that the note referred to, unless both sides agree a change in writing.
